Role Overview
We're on the lookout for a Content Strategist to spearhead social growth strategies and create organic content for our clients. We create graphics, videos like skits and street interviews for our clients. A secondary part of your role will involve conceptualising and producing content for Cintra's own social presence.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ideation and development of content strategies for our clients
• Create and produce social media content, from brainstorming video concepts to leading shoots
• Ideate and create engaging videos, graphics and stories for our clients
• Manage and think of engaging ideas that will help the client's social media account grow
• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos tailored for TikTok and Meta
• Content creation, and asset development for Cintra's in-house marketing
• Ensure every output for TikTok and Instagram is intentional, sharp, and scroll-stopping.

Requirements:

• Up-to-date with current social media trends, viral formats, and editing styles
• Have prior experience in short-form video editing, particularly for TikTok & IG Reels
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Hands-on experience creating content, filming, scripting, editing, on an iPhone or GoPro
• Bonus points if you've done skits, POV content, or street interviews before
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe Premiere, CapCut and Adobe After Effects
