Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of sales promoters to achieve retail performance goals.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Participate in monthly sales and order planning discussions to align targets and strategies.
• Track and evaluate the performance of dealers and retail promoters to ensure consistent progress.
• Support sales planning through accurate forecasting, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with assigned dealers and trade partners.
• Set, manage, and monitor sales targets for dealers and partners to ensure targets are met.
• Drive the achievement of monthly and annual sales budgets and overall business targets.
• Deliver product knowledge and assistance to customers when necessary to support sales.
• Assist with export sales and coordinate with international distributors as needed.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Business Management or any other relevant field.
• Open to business travelling needs
• Possess a driving license and own vehicle
• Self-motivated and forward-thinking, with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-moving settings.
