Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties & register patients
• Assist in scheduling / rescheduling of appointment for consultation sessions
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services
• Assist in preparing examination rooms for patient visits
• Handle payment collections

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Nitec, Higher Nitec/Diploma in any field
• Familiarity with Plato System
• Analytical and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
