Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking drink orders and making recommendations based on guest preferences
• Using proper techniques such as shaking, stirring, muddling, and garnishing to craft high-quality drinks.
• Ensuring drinks are presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner, with attention to detail.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all menu items, including cocktail, beer, and wine offerings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B and hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
