Job Location:
- Oversee Cable Works under SPPG projects and ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify potential hazards or safety issues and implement effective preventive and corrective actions.
- Lead and guide site personnel in promoting a strong safety culture and adherence to company safety standards.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure all unsafe acts or conditions are promptly rectified.
- Compile and maintain safety records, incident reports, and inspection findings.
- Prepare and submit monthly safety reports to management and clients as required.
- Liaise with project management, client representatives, and subcontractors to coordinate safety activities.
- Ensure compliance with WSH Act, SPPG safety requirements, and company HSE procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or utilities
- Valid WSH Officer recognized by MOM.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulatory requirements.
- Able to work 6 days per week and willing to be stationed on-site.
- Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
