We are seeking for responsible and positive management trainees to assist in the day to day operations of a restaurant. As a management trainee, you will be trained by us personally and do reach out to us if you are able to:-

- Deliver good customer service

- Excellent and positive service attitude

- Maximizing sales and profitability of the outlet

- Preparing of business reports and other ad-hoc duties

- Manage the outlet with proper planning of manpower

- Ensure compliance in all areas of outlet operations, company policies and procedures

- Ensure new employees are trained properly; follow up on the training progress of employees

- Uphold safety, hygiene and cleanliness as requred by NEA and SFA regulations

- Responsible for manpower scheduling, administrative matters, performance management and inventory control where necessary

- Placing food and beverages order, ensure the orders to be deliver within said timeframe

- Understand restaurant meny and product knowledge, upsell company's product

- in charge of outlet's daily opening and closing

- responsible for the cashier counter
