Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, assess, and monitor safe and effective training programs for members
- Educate members on proper training techniques and fitness advice
- Ensure members are using equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct individual / group classes (e.g. Weight Training, HIIT/Cardio, etc.)
- Conduct Online Nutrition Planning/ Scheduling
- Regularly collaborate with the manager to meet KPI, goals and standards
- Keep gym in order, adhoc maintenance works

Other Requirements:
- Min of 0.5 - 1-year coaching experience & PT certification (preferred, if any)
- Driven to help others improve their health & fitness
- Positive attitude & Passionate character
- Customer service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Complete In-House Training Course by Head/Senior Coach
