- Manage OSS team and manage all global & local IT Infrastructure activities.
- Collaborate with departments and site managers to meet company goals.
- Supervise, train, and develop team members.
- Support budgeting and cost control for IT Infrastructure.
- Ensure systems run efficiently and are well-maintained.
- Align local IT priorities with global strategies.
- Coordinate deployments, system support, and life cycle management.
- Work with business units to set priorities and optimize resources.
- Establish best practices and procedures for the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (MS/BS).
- At least 6 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- Strong in communication, documentation, and teamwork.
- Solid knowledge of LINUX (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN.
- Skilled in project and vendor management, with experience in e-commerce projects.
