Job Responsibilities:

1. Sample Follow-up: Receive customer sample requests, arrange sample lists according to customer requirements, follow up on the progress of sample production, package and send to customers after quality inspection is qualified, and follow up on sample feedback after customers receive the samples.

2. Order processing: Receive, organize and review orders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of order information, such as product specifications, quantities, unit prices, delivery times...etc. communicate and confirm with customers in a timely manner if there are any issues. finally, place sales orders in the system.

3. Communication and coordination: As a bridge between the internal and external parties, it promptly conveys information and resolves communication issues among all parties. provide timely feedback to customers on the production and delivery progress of orders, and handle their inquiries and complaints.

4. Shipment follow-up: Accompany with customers for quality inspection. after the inspection is qualified, create a system order to notify the warehouse for shipment. prepare the packing list and customs declaration form and send them to the freight forwarder. confirm the information of the pick-up driver and notify the warehouse to load the goods. take photos to record the shipment situation and send them to the customer.

5. Reconciliation and payment collection: At the end of every month, sort out the shipping orders, make a statement and send it to the customer. after the customer confirms that there are no errors, issue an invoice and send it to the customer together. follow up on the due date of the payment and remind the customer of the payment.
