Seoul Noodle Shop is a popular Korean noodle concept under Goldmoon F&B Group, known for its fresh handmade noodles and comforting Korean flavors.
We are expanding to VivoCity, one of Singapore's busiest malls, and are now looking for an experienced Chef de Partieto join our pre-opening kitchen team.

[Job Responsibilities]

• Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to company standards
• Supervise Commis and Kitchen Assistants in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, portion consistency, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety (SFA guidelines)
• Assist in inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation
• Support Head Chef in training new staff and menu development

[Requirements]

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a CDP or Senior Commis in a busy kitchen
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and SFA standards
• Team-oriented, responsible, and passionate about cooking
