We are an Italian-inspired pasta bar under Goldmoon F&B Group, opening soon at Suntec City.
Our concept focuses on freshly made pasta , modern casual dining, and authentic flavours made from scratch daily.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis Chefs to join our opening team!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene according to SFA standards
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in mise-en-place and stock rotation
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies
• Perform any other kitchen duties assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements

• At least 1 year of kitchen experience (Western / Pasta / Italian cuisine preferred)
• Passionate about cooking and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Singaporean / PR / valid work permit holders welcome
