We are helping our client to source a results-driven Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge in turbines, incinerators, steam, hot & cold water treatment systems. This role focuses on driving business development, managing complex hazardous waste streams, and providing tailored technical and commercial solutions across industrial sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and microelectronics.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial waste management.
• Act as the technical-commercial advisor to customers.
• Lead projects involving thermal and chemical treatment processes.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years' experience in sales, business development, or industrial services
• Proven track record in solution-selling and driving business growth
