Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply sales techniques. Observing and carrying out sales processes;

• Assist with proactive grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities;

• Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after-sales service;

• Prepare quotation for submission to clients and follow up on the status;

• Updating documents and maintain sales records;

• Learn and apply sales techniques. Observing and carrying out sales processes;

• Liaise with technical team to address customer enquiries;

• Any other job duties as assigned by Supervisor;

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of professional sales experience in sales/client relations or business development in IT solutions industry;

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business;

• Knowledge in IT is an advantage;

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications;

• Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure;

• Excellent communication, good interpersonal skill and effective time management;
