Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Executive (Security) located in Singapore, with some work from home flexibility. The Operations Executive will oversee daily security operations, manage and train security personnel, address client inquiries, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with security protocols. The role focuses on optimising operations while maintaining high levels of security service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirement: SS License
• Able to cover the Security Supervisors or Officers who are on leave, off or absent in a short notice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to enhance security and operational efficiency
• Resilient, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure
• Independent and organised
• A commitment to upholding a non-political,supportive, and high-performance culture
• Security related certification is a plus (Diploma,CPP, APP)
• Prepare reports on weekly basis for any updates and improvements carried out for various sites.
• Perform other job duties as assigned
