Job Descriptions:

• Assist in managing the operations;
• Ensuring high-quality handling, processing and delivery of clients' garments;
• Maintaining service standards, handling customer feedback;
• Collaborate with cross-function teams;
• Enuring proper care for delicate or special items;
• Ensures compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, coordinates with other departments and drives continuous improvement in service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment factory;
• At least 3 years in a managerial role within sizable garment factories;
• Tech Savvy;
• Good knowledge of garment handling techniques and workflows;
• Effective leadership & communication skills.
