Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Attend to client enquiries and provide professional assistance in follow-ups and documentation.
  • Support in preparing proposals, client files, and policy-related documents.
  • Handle general office administration and operational coordination.
  • Assist in the posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content and other digital marketing activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments, partners, and clients to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • A can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Professional, proactive, and keen to learn about the financial advisory and insurance industry.
  • Prior administrative or client service experience will be an advantage but not mandatory.
