Central Kitchen F&B manager
- Ensure daily order are fulfilled and prepare delivery schedule
- Inventory control and supply ordering
- Familiar with office skill e.g.excel, words.
- Familiar with MYOB accounting software application.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in food and beverage operation management or similiar capacity
- Familiar with supplier Liason, price analysis reports.
- Preferably with class 3 licence
- Other tasks as assigned by director
