Looking CNC turning and milling operator cum programmer. Looking for Singaporean, SPR, or Malaysian.

Job Scope: Able to read drawings and arrange tools and cutters according to feed the machine.

Work location: Jurong ( near Pioneer location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Prepare and set up CNC machines (e.g., lathe, milling, turning centers).
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Perform tool setup, offsets, fixture alignment, and part probing.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts.
• Conduct first-article inspections and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and correct machining or programming errors.
• Maintain machine tools, cutting tools, and ensure proper housekeeping of the workstation.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to improve machining efficiency and productivity.
