Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Employment Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to families hiring domestic helpers
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage the helper selection process
• Prepare and submit MOM documentation and work permit applications
• Communicate with overseas partners and manage helper biodata
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Meet monthly sales and service performance targets
• Assist with counselling and mediation between employers and helpers when required

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) - proficiency in Indonesian or Burmese is an advantage
• Self-driven and highly motivated individuals are welcome to apply - whether you're a retiree or fresh graduate
• Meticulous, caring, and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and handle various situations
• Team player with a positive attitude and service mindset
• Responsible, organized, and proactive in follow-up and client management
• CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) preferred
