What You'll Do

• Bring energy and enthusiasm to every class
• Create and refine engaging learning materials
• Stay connected with what's happening in the world
• Build a safe, open space for students to learn and grow
• Give thoughtful, constructive feedback to students
• Develop trust with both students and parents
• Collaborate actively in weekly team sessions
• Contribute to company-wide events and initiatives

What You'll Need

• A degree (preferably in your teaching subject)
• Genuine curiosity and love for learning
• Strong classroom presence and communication skills
• Team spirit and adaptability
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Current or former MOE educators are especially welcome
