Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, team-oriented Admin Assistant with strong document management and multimedia operation experience. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment - we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

1. Document & File Management
  • Organize and maintain daily issues (application,invoices, receipts, quotations).
  • Ensure a systematic and easily retrievable filing system.

2. Report Formatting
  • Format, proofread, and organize reports according to company standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documents.

3. Managerial Support
  • Assist managers in preparing and organizing daily documentation.
  • Improve workflow efficiency through structured document handling.

4. Client Communication
  • Handle part of client correspondence and coordination.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements

Our Requirements

We are looking for an Admin Assistant who possesses the following qualifications and qualities:

1️⃣ Core Skills

  • Exceptional document management skills - able to organize, classify, and maintain files systematically.
  • Strong report formatting and editing skills, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Proficient in multimedia operational support (e.g., assisting with digital content, marketing materials, or internal media coordination).

2️⃣ Communication & Coordination

  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities, with a positive and professional communication style.
  • Capable of maintaining smooth communication with both clients and internal team members.

3️⃣ Work Attitude

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team-oriented mindset, able to work harmoniously to achieve shared goals.
  • Proactive and responsible, willing to take initiative in improving workflow and efficiency.

4️⃣ Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in administrative or multimedia-related roles will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital tools for documentation and reporting.
