JOB PURPOSE
Assist customers in finding and purchasing products while ensuring excellent service and an attractive, well-organized store. Support sales growth through effective merchandising, stock management, and teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly, prompt customer service by explaining product features, prices, and promotions.
• Maintain appealing merchandise displays and ensure shelves are clean, neat, and well-stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist the RM/ARM with stock replenishment and orders.
• Support stocktaking, verify deliveries, and record discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Label merchandise accurately with price tags and barcodes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with promotional events and sales activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RM/ARM.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent.
• Training or certification in retail or customer service preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience ideal; entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.
• Passion for retail and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
