Assist customers in finding and purchasing products while ensuring excellent service and an attractive, well-organized store. Support sales growth through effective merchandising, stock management, and teamwork.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, prompt customer service by explaining product features, prices, and promotions.
- Maintain appealing merchandise displays and ensure shelves are clean, neat, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist the RM/ARM with stock replenishment and orders.
- Support stocktaking, verify deliveries, and record discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Label merchandise accurately with price tags and barcodes.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist with promotional events and sales activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the RM/ARM.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent.
- Training or certification in retail or customer service preferred.
- 1 year of retail experience ideal; entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.
- Passion for retail and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Strong customer service and communication skills (bilingual preferred).
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team player.
- Able to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Quality-driven, motivated, and collaborative with good interpersonal skills.
