Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction standards
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance and strong team morale
• Oversee store merchandising, stock levels, and visual displays in line with brand guidelines
• Monitor store KPIs, customer service performance, and propose action plans for improvement
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, audit policies, cash handling, and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Store Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager with proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong sales ability with a consistent track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated achievement of top-ranking individual sales performance within the team/region.
• Experience in managing stores for fashion retail brands
