Your responsibilities include:

• Produce architectural working drawings
• Review and check drawings for compliance with authorities' requirements
• Complete tender drawing package
• Familiar with local building regulations and codes, submission of plans to the authorities and corenet e-submission

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevantexperience, preferably in the architecture and built industry sector.
• Bachelor in Architecture or relevant technical certifications
• Good track record in Autocad, Autodesk Revit software and BIM (Architecture)
• A strategic and lateral thinker who is comfortable engaging at the strategic level, as well as hands-on in program execution
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and a good team player
