Sales & Admin Executive

Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by promoting ISO certification services, managing client relationships, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing (Primary Role)
• Promote ISO certification services (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 37001, etc.) to potential and existing clients.
• Handle client enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on new leads and renewals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.
• Develop marketing materials such as flyers, social-media content, and website updates in coordination with management.
• Support digital marketing and client-engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and update client and sales databases, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports and assist in achieving business targets.
• Participate in client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions to promote certification services.
Administration (Supporting Role)
• Coordinate audit schedules between clients and auditors and assist in issuing audit documents and confirmation letters.
• Support certificate issuance, record management, and renewal tracking.
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment coordination with the finance department.
• Maintain proper filing of client contracts, quotations, and related records.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and certification teams.
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of ISO certification services and awareness of accreditation practices is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; basic knowledge of digital marketing preferred.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of meeting sales targets independently.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong customer-service mindset.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in ISO certification, training, or consultancy sectors.
• Familiarity with accreditation frameworks (SAC, JAS-ANZ, IAS) will be an advantage.
