JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
- Construct a solid sales pipeline and follow through on plans to acquire new customers.
- Forecasting and setting sales targets to meet corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to create unique selling points to attract and retain customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic customer relationships and networks.
- Review all submitted reports by lower rank staffs to reward performance, prevent issue and resolve problems.
- Prepare quotations and cost management.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors.
- Report to HQ Japanese Management on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- You must be Japanese Speaking as this role reports to Japanese Management and there is need to communicate with local and Japanese counterparts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational software.
- Be respectful of deadlines and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Detail oriented / Flexible and logical thinker / Self-disciplined / Result oriented.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in Logistics or Freight Forwarding company
