KINDERGARTEN TEACHER - Full-Time

Well-established Montessori Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for young learners
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging English lessons with creativity and enthusiasm
• Observe and document children's developmental progress through reports and portfolios throughout the year
• Work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player
• Communicate clearly and professionally with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or currently pursuing the qualification
• ECDA-certified (L2)
• Montessori experience, though training will be provided for suitable candidates without prior experience
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents need apply (no quota for foreign applicants)

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $3,000 - $4,600 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

• 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Small teacher-to-child ratio for effective classroom management
• Structured lesson plans provided to support teaching
