Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients in FMCG, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors for Korean celebrity collaborations, including regional markets.
• Manage end-to-end coordination of celebrity campaigns, events, and sponsorships-from pitching to execution.
• Lead 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and celebrity agreements.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations to support client acquisition.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, celebrities, agencies, and vendors.
• Oversee contracts and ensure timely delivery of campaign commitments.
• Support the General Manager in strategic planning, reporting, and high-priority projects.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends and new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in account management or business development, preferably in entertainment or advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
