We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist to play a key role in client engagement and lead generation. You will be the first point of contact for prospective SME clients - introducing Websentials' services, qualifying leads, and arranging appointments for the Business Development team.
Job Responsibilites
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to understand client needs and present Websentials' solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and assess prospects for suitability and potential for sales engagement.
- Appointment Management: Schedule meetings with qualified leads and ensure smooth handover to Business Development.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead progress.
- Relationship Nurturing: Maintain engagement with prospects through timely follow-ups and meaningful communication.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback from client interactions to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound client engagement.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive, with the ability to engage prospects and handle objections professionally.
- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, energetic, and focused on achieving call, lead, and appointment targets.
- Business Curiosity: Interested in learning about digital solutions and their role in supporting business growth.
