Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall direction and philosophy of rehabilitation programmes
• Manage budgeting, reporting, and funding coordination with authorities
• Supervise, mentor, and build structured development pathways for staff
• Maintain compliance, SOPs, and incident management protocols
• Represent the organisation in external networks and align efforts with strategic goals

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Sciences with at least 5 years of experience in managerial or leadership roles
• Possess good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions, social policies and community Engagement
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the organisation's mission and ability to inspire others
