EarlyAfter is a Hybrid cafe and cocktail bar located along Mohamed Sultan Road. By day, we serve specialty coffee and all-day brunch; by night, we transform into a cozy, sophisticated space serving crafted cocktails and comforting dishes.

Position Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of responsibility, takes pride in their work, and upholds professionalism at all times. You'll be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and providing excellent service to every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks with consistency and care
• Operate espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation at the coffee bar
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during daily operations
• Support cafe service flow during peak hours
• Assist with stock management, refills, and daily opening/closing duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Barista in a cafe setting
• Knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and brewing techniques
• Genuine passion for coffee and service excellence
• Good work ethics, professionalism, and positive attitude are a must
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work 5 days per week, including weekends or public holidays
• Regular hours (no midnight shifts)
