Assistant Factory Manager

• \tResponsibilities:

o\tOversee all daily operations of the factory, from production and manufacturing to shipping and receiving.

o\tDevelop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

o\tLead, train, and manage the production team to achieve company goals.

o\tEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

o\tManage budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports for senior management.

• \tRequirements:

o\tProven experience in a factory management or production management role.

o\tStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

o\tIn-depth knowledge of production management, quality control (e.g., ISO standards), and safety procedures.

o\tExperience in setting up a new factory or production line is a major plus.
