We handcraft every skewer and bento with precision, elevating Japanese comfort food into an experience of flavour, texture, and design. Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and creative individual to join our start-up team as a Public Relations / KOL Executive. This is a rare opportunity to learn hands-on how a growing F&B brand is built - from concept to community.

You'll work directly with our senior management team to craft campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and help tell the SHŌKŌ story through social media, events, and PR initiatives. If you're full of ideas, love food, and want to grow with a passionate team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning and execution of PR and influencer campaigns that grow SHŌKŌ's brand presence.
• Research and engage with KOLs, foodies, and lifestyle creators who share our aesthetic and values.
• Assist in organising tasting sessions, collaborations, and media events.
• Help craft content ideas and captions that reflect our brand voice and passion for Japanese food culture.
• Work closely with senior management to brainstorm creative campaigns, marketing materials, and community initiatives.
• Monitor brand mentions and social performance, sharing insights with the team.
