Job Responsibilities:

• \tProvide psychosocial support to patients with special needs and their families through casework, counselling, and therapeutic group interventions.

• \tCollaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic and integrated care for patients.

• \tActively participate in case discussions, care planning, and family conferences.

• \tEngage in practice research and quality improvement projects to enhance clinical social work standards.

Requirement:

• \tA degree in Social Work or a Graduate Diploma in Social Work.

• \tA post-graduate qualification in Counselling or Family Therapy is advantageous.

• \tCompetence in IT applications and documentation systems.
