We're looking for a Barista to join our café team - someone who loves creating warm customer experiences, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys being a true café all-rounder. Specialty coffee experience is great to have, but not essential - training will be provided. What matters most is your passion for hospitality, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and serve coffee - from espresso-based drinks to filter brews, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service - build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Be a café all-rounder - support with pastries, FOH service, and daily operations.
• Work independently - manage your station confidently while multitasking during peak hours.
• Maintain standards - uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth café workflow.
• Contribute ideas - help with seasonal drinks or specials to keep things fresh and exciting.

What we're looking for:

• Barista experience in a specialty coffee environment (preferred but not required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
