Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Test Engineering team to conduct all activities related to Server & Rack products

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to implement and maintain the test program.

• Provide technical guidance on process improvements and the introduction of new projects for stakeholders.

• Assist operations in solving and improving production-related technical or process issues.

• Conduct training for team members to enhance their skills.

• Actively participate in Kaizen activities

• Engage in ISO and RBA-related activities

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline: Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a server, rack, or manufacturing environment

• Able to work with various stakeholders

• Knowledge of SAP & Linux

• Capable of multitasking and meeting timelines

• Good understanding of testing methods and concepts

• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills

• Proven experience in tracking and analyzing online and offline issues to develop improved testing strategies and implement measures for enhancing product quality.
