Key Responsibilities

1. Core Responsibilities - Finance & Operations
  • Handle daily accounting entries, payments, and reconciliations using Oracle NetSuite.
  • Support month-end closing, budgeting, and management reporting.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports in accordance with company accounting policies.
  • Support investor relations activities, including preparation of analyses, pitch decks, and fundraising materials.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and banks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Help monitor operational performance and support internal process improvements.

2. Supporting Tasks - HR & Administration
  • Use BIPO HR system to assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and employee data management.
  • Prepare HR documents, onboarding materials, and maintain personnel files.
  • Support general office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.

3. Ad-hoc Projects
  • Provide support for project-based initiatives such as operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
  • Assist in preparing marketing or presentation materials for events or investor communications.
  • Participate in cross-functional or process-improvement projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience welcome).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite (finance) and BIPO (HR/payroll) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese - able to handle financial and business communication in both languages.
  • Mature, responsible, and quick to learn, with strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
