1. Core Responsibilities - Finance & Operations
- Handle daily accounting entries, payments, and reconciliations using Oracle NetSuite.
- Support month-end closing, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports in accordance with company accounting policies.
- Support investor relations activities, including preparation of analyses, pitch decks, and fundraising materials.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and banks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Help monitor operational performance and support internal process improvements.
2. Supporting Tasks - HR & Administration
- Use BIPO HR system to assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and employee data management.
- Prepare HR documents, onboarding materials, and maintain personnel files.
- Support general office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.
3. Ad-hoc Projects
- Provide support for project-based initiatives such as operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Assist in preparing marketing or presentation materials for events or investor communications.
- Participate in cross-functional or process-improvement projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience welcome).
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite (finance) and BIPO (HR/payroll) preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese - able to handle financial and business communication in both languages.
- Mature, responsible, and quick to learn, with strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
