- Security screening, crowd, vehicle and carpark control, operate fire alarm, intruder alert, CCTV monitoring, record visitors to school.
- Ensure order and safety during arrival and dismissal of children.
- Daily walkabouts to check the school compound before/after school.
- School safety and risk management.
- Annual Fire Safety drills.
- Reporting to Operations Manager in the event of any criminal or other incidents in school.
Assist the Operations Manager in facilities, health and hygiene tasks in school such as:
- Cleanliness of the school compound
- Facilities upkeep and maintenance
- Logistical support for events.
Communications and Personal Developments
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers.
- Attend trainings and workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
Others
- Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.
