Customer Service Executive (Order Management / Import & Export)

We are partnering with a leading trading and distribution company to hire a Customer Service Executive who will manage order processing and support smooth import/export operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries via email and phone with prompt, professional support.
  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing - from stock allocation to delivery coordination.
  • Prepare and verify import/export shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates for customs clearance.
  • Liaise with factories, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
  • Maintain accurate order and inventory records for reporting and analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide value-added service.
  • Recommend new products to existing customers and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in order management, shipping, or import/export documentation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask independently and as a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas); SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Able to start work at short notice preferred.
