JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supervise and lead a team of Back Office processing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies,
procedures and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance feedback, to
ensure high-quality work output
• Coordinate with other departments within the branch to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless
workflow across different functions
• Monitor and review processing activities to identify areas for improvement and implement process
enhancements as needed to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Serve as the first point of contact for escalations and inquiries related to Back Office operations, resolving issues
promptly and effectively
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting teamwork, professionalism
and continuous improvement
• Back Office processing entries, including SWIFT message 1st approver for Loan, Treasury, as well as Remittance
transactions
Requirements
• Prefers to be experience in many kinds of banking jobs, e.g. Accounts, Loan, Trade Finance, Treasury and
Reporting
• Strong understanding of MAS regulatory reporting, SWIFT operations, and AML/CFT framework
• Ability to work independently, determine priority and meet deadlines
• Preferably can handle MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Candidates are familiar with CDD process and possess a relevant degree or professional qualification in banking
will be considered favourably

• Able to start work at short notice
• Permanent position - 5-day work week
