Job Description:

- Ensuring that all food prepared and served is according to the standards set by the Head Chef

- Supervise, motivate, and train kitchen staff, assigning tasks and fostering a professional environment.

- Contributing ideas and providing suggestions in menu developments

- Communicating purchasing requirements daily

- Monitoring all deliveries for quality and quantity to price, quality and appeal

- Demonstrating proper food safety and hygiene at all times

Requirements:

- Experience in italian cuisine, especially home made pasta and pizza, would be an advantage

- Eager and quick to learn

- Team player

- Handle feedback well

- 2~4 years of experience will be an added advantage
