Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and support to patients according to clinical protocols and standards
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and daily care activities
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Support doctors during clinical procedures and patient assessments
• Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement activities

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, caring, and committed to patient welfare
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
