Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project eg. Planning of works for the site team and sub-contractors.
- Arrangements for logistic, hoisting, and scaffolding access in support of daily operations
- To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures.
- Conduct site meeting with site personnel and sub-contractors to review works' progress and resolve conflicts among the various sub-contractors.
- Attend site WSH meetings with WSH Officer and review follow-up actions, to ensure site environment and workplace is safe and project works implemented in safe manner.
- Work with site personnel and assist the Site Quantity Surveyor team on all variation claims.
- Put up recommendation to the designated Project Directors on the additional requirement of plants, equipment or workforce for the execution of the works.
- To resolve if any conflicts within the site team.
- Attend all consultant site meetings, technical meetings and sub-contractor meetings.
- Assist the Contract Team in the finalising of project account and project contractual matters and EOT claims.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 8 years of construction site management experience
- Hands on experience with subcontractor coordination, logistic planning and safety audits and incident investigation.
- Proven track record in Singapore projects (high-rise, mixed-development, or civil)
- BCA Certified (e.g., SCAL's Construction Superintendent or PMP); MOM Safety Supervisor certification (added advantage)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
