What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the right-hand to our Directors ( making things run smoothly! )
• Manage schedules, set up meetings, and keep things on track
• Be the first friendly face/voice when people reach out to us
• Help with reports, presentations & other cool projects/events
• Keep our systems and databases organised ( yes, we love a good system!)

What We're Looking For:

• Singaporeans/PRs only
• Diploma/Degree in any fields (fresh grads are also welcomed!)
• No experience? No problem - we'll guide you!
• Detail-oriented but also fun to work with
• Good communication & people skills
• Open to Full-Time, Part-Time, or Internship positions
