• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Must have minimum 5-7 years of experience in system operations, incident and project management within enterprise or government environments.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), including user access management, certificate/key lifecycle handling, and subscription services administration.

• Familiarity with government IT frameworks and compliance standards such as IM8, SSP, and GCC/GCC+ environments.

• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, SHIP-HATS toolchains, and cloud-native services.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholder's electively.

• Skilled in preparing technical documentation, audit responses, and governance reports.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, AWS or Azure Cloud, Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, COMIT, or Information Security (e.g., CISSP, ISO 27001) are a plus.
