Job Scope:
Requirements
- Order-to-cash processing
- Check for new orders from customers proactively
- Key sales orders/returns, credit/debit notes
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to schedule deliveries and ensure deliveries are completed smoothly
- Replying customer emails, messages, and phone calls
- Basic HR administration
- PO/DO matching and filing
- Participate in stock takes and cycle counts
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
- Preference for candidates that are familiar with Oracle NetSuite
Requirements
- Experienced/Relevant education preferred but not necessary
- Team player who is willing to assist others
- Independent and willing to learn
