- Supervise works on site as well as workers.
- Understand thoroughly the scope of works and project requirements.
- Cooperate with safety personnel and ensure workplace safety at all times.
- Coordinate and liaise with main contractor and client.
- Assist engineer and project manager on all tasks related to project(s) assigned.
- Able to intepret drawings corrects and execute the works according to drawings.
- Able to prepare bar bending schedule (BBS).
- Ensure that work is executed up to acceptable standard of workmanship and quality.
- Monitor and control workers. Ensure their attendance and efficiency are up to standard.
- Attend coordination meeting with main contractor and client.
- Record and update work progress daily and frequently.
- Control and minimise wastage of material.
- Maintain and take care all electrical tools and equipment deployed on site.
- Long working hour, night shift work or work on weekend as and when required.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
