Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Take and serve orders promptly and accurately
• Provide product recommendations and assist customers with their selections
• Use upselling techniques to enhance overall store sales
• Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to team performance
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and balancing the till
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the day
• Restock items and keep the store well-organized at all times

Requirements:

• Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Prior experience in F&B or retail is an advantage
• Easily accessible from Havelock MRT (walking distance

Work Schedule:

• 5 working days per week (2 off days assigned by the manager)
• Total: 44 working hours per week
• Shift timings fall between 10:30 AM - 10:30 PM
• Breaks included as per schedule
