Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Lead and manage interior fit-out and construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets
- Ensure all work complies with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present project reports, handle site issues and lead project meetings
- Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure quality and timely delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out or A&A works
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking software
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (to liaise with clients, suppliers, and HQ)
