Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive IT product and service sales. This role involves prospecting, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Entry-level applicants with strong enthusiasm for IT sales are welcome to apply.

Key Duties

• Prospect new customers and follow up on sales enquiries to maximize opportunities
• Promote and sell IT hardware (e.g. laptops, desktops, servers, accessories) and software (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk)
• Conduct cold calls and manage B2B sales activities using MYOB, CRM, and HubSpot
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly
• Coordinate with marketing and purchasing teams on leads and sales orders
• Attend product and technology training sessions

Requirements

• Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in IT or Engineering
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware / software (desktop, server, and related systems)
• Prior sales experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented
